Creating Funnels/Offer
Let's see how to create and manage offers
Navigate to Apps --> Upsell --> Funnels Tab.
Make sure that there are no alert notices.
If you find one, please choose our Upsell App from the checkout settings.
NOTE: This is a one-time process and the alert notice will disappear when the Upsell app is selected in checkout settings.
Now, click on Create Funnel to get started with creating a Funnel for your store. You will be redirected to screen as below:
Create Funnel:
Funnel Name: You may enter any name that you wish to have for the Funnel. The name mentioned here is only for the internal reference purpose and the same will not be displayed anywhere at the store frontend.
Funnel Status: You may choose the funnel status to as "Active" for having the funnel live. In case of choosing the other option "Inactive" then the created funnel will not be live and would not be displayed at the store frontend.
Offers:
Click on "Add Offer" button to add an offer to the created funnel.
NOTE: It is mandatory that atleast one offer has to be added to the funnel to create the funnel for the store.
Now click on "Choose Product" option to add the product that you wish to include in post-purchase offer page.
You may click on the checkbox next to the displayed list of products to add the same and display it in post-purchase offer page.
Discount: You can set the discount value that you wish to give for your added Product here.
Discount Type: You may select from the discount types Percentage, Fixed Discount or Free shipping from here.
Discount Value: You may consider entering the value of discount you wish to provide here.
Shipping: You may choose the shipping you wish to offer for the added product here, if you wish to charge for the shipping then you may choose Flat rate shipping and enter value for the same under Shipping Rate option.
Email Template Content
Title: Enter the title you wish to display in the Post purchase page at store frontend.
Sub-Title: Enter the sub title you wish to display in the Post purchase page at store frontend.
Product Description: Enter the Product description that you wish to display in the Post purchase page at store frontend.
Shipping Text: Enter the Shipping name that you wish to display in the Post purchase page in Order summary at store frontend.
Subtotal Text: Enter the Subtotal name that you wish to display in the Post purchase page in Order summary at store frontend.
Taxes Test: Enter the Taxes name that you wish to display in the Post purchase page in Order summary at store frontend.
Total Text: Enter the Total name that you wish to display in the Post purchase page in Order summary at store frontend.
Decline Offer Text: Enter the text that you wish to display in the Post purchase page in Order summary at store frontend.
Email Template Content
Title: Enter the title you wish to display in the Post purchase page at store frontend.
Sub-Title: Enter the sub title you wish to display in the Post purchase page at store frontend.
Product Description: Enter the Product description that you wish to display in the Post purchase page at store frontend.
Shipping Text: Enter the Shipping name that you wish to display in the Post purchase page in Order summary at store frontend.
Subtotal Text: Enter the Subtotal name that you wish to display in the Post purchase page in Order summary at store frontend.
Taxes Test: Enter the Taxes name that you wish to display in the Post purchase page in Order summary at store frontend.
Total Text: Enter the Total name that you wish to display in the Post purchase page in Order summary at store frontend.
Decline Offer Text: Enter the text that you wish to display in the Post purchase page in Order summary at store frontend.
Once the offer is configured, click on "Update" button at the top right corner to save the created Funnel for your store.
